AI Fit Coach ("we") provides text-message fitness check-ins to clients who opt in.
Your name, mobile phone number, and the health-and-fitness information you choose to text us: body weight, food and calorie logs, and related photos (for example a photo of a scale or a nutrition app screen). We collect nothing else and we do not track you across other services.
Your information is used only to run your coaching: logging your entries, computing your trends, and sending you reminders and progress reports. It is never used for advertising.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or mobile number with third parties for marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Messages are delivered through our telecommunications provider (Twilio) solely to transmit them to you.
Your logs are kept while you use the service. Text STOP to end messages at any time; email us at asmith3796@gmail.com to have your data deleted.
