AI Fit Coach ("we") provides text-message fitness check-ins to clients who opt in.
Your name, mobile phone number, and the health-and-fitness information you choose to text us: body weight, height, age, sex, activity level, training experience, any health conditions or medications you choose to tell us, your goal and check-in preference, food and calorie logs, and photos you send. Photos of a scale or a nutrition app screen are read once by an automated model to extract the numbers and are then deleted; we keep only the numbers. A photo of yourself is always optional. If you send one, it is read once for a coarse leanness bracket and, as the message tells you at the time, kept in a folder that belongs to you alone so a later photo can be compared with it, unless you reply DELETE. Text DELETE PHOTOS at any time to wipe every kept photo; kept photos are also deleted when you text STOP or ask us by email. We collect nothing else and we do not track you across other services.
Your information is used only to run your coaching: logging your entries, computing your trends, and sending you reminders and progress reports. It is never used for advertising.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or mobile number with third parties for marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Messages are delivered through our telecommunications provider (Twilio) solely to transmit them to you. The text of your messages and any photo you send are processed by an AI model provider (Anthropic) solely to read them and write our replies; that provider does not use them to train its models.
Your logs are kept while you use the service. Text STOP to end messages at any time; email us at asmith3796@gmail.com to have your data deleted.
